Zach Myers

Zach Myers joined the FOX59 Morning team in May 2005. Each morning, he provides live coverage of the major local news stories of that day. Wherever the news is happening, that's where Zach will be. Before moving to Indianapolis, Zach spent seven years at the NBC affiliate in Fort Wayne. He has covered issues and campaigns at the local, state and national level. He has worked with Neighborhood Watch groups to identify drug houses, and used hidden cameras to catch sexual predators in neighborhood parks.

Zach earned his Bachelors Degree in Journalism in 1998 from the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University, Bloomington. Zach's fiancée', Heather, is also an I.U. graduate and is currently studying law. Zach's parents, Ted and Luana, are Colts fans currently living in Minnesota Vikings country. But they plan to retire back home in Indiana. His brother Derek and sister-in-law Cheryl live in Florida. Zach has been a drummer since age 10 and also enjoys jogging and playing tennis.
