Ingredients

Seasoning mix recipe

2tbsp kosher salt

1tsp black pepper

1tbsp granulated garlic

1tsp paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
- Dust the burgers with the seasoning mix
- Then spray the top of the burgers with worsteshire sauce
- Grill till done
- Serve burgers separate from the toppings and different breads

Breads served
- Jewish rye
- Onion bun
- Crispy sour dough

Toppings
- Roasted red peppers
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Olive relish
- Green chilies

Cheese...Thick slices of the following:
- White cheddar
- American
- Blue cheese
- Provolone

Sauces
- Bbq sauce
- Salsa
- Teriyaki sauce
- Spicy creole mustard
- Ranch dressing

Serve with Mike Sells ruffled potato chips
